While Chicago is preparing for St. Paddy’s Day weekend, we’re cooking up a little Irish showdown {with a Boutique Bites spin, of course}. The Mini Reuben is one of the latest additions to our menu. Consisting of corned beef, baby swiss, mustard and caraway braised sauerkraut, and a homemade thousand island dressing, this tiny bite packs a whole lot of flavor. Then there’s our Braised Beef Short Rib “Shepherd’s Pie”–an “old-timer” on our menu, but always as good as the first time we introduced it. This popular petite classic consists of potato puree, english peas, pearl onions, in a homemade gougere cup–need we say more? So, what’s it going to be ladies and gentlemen? Which bite will you choose to go with your guinness this weekend?
